Initiated the financial communications function in 1978, managed myriad debt and equity financings in the company’s first five years following the 1978 IPO, renegotiated the company’s credit lines in 1980 and 1982, became the company’s first ex-pat officer following an acquisition in 1987 and was CFO of European operations through 1990, which included management of finance and accounting functions.
